 Rules:

  1)No restriction on theme.
  2)Subtitles are compulsory if movie is not in English,Tamil.
  3)Plagiarism and vulgarism will lead to be disqualify.
  4)Maximum length of the movie should be 10 mins.
  5)Film must be submitted by CD/DVD/Pen-drive.
  6)Judge`s decision will be final.
